Dalmore Whisky

The Dalmore is a Highland single malt with a decidedly luxurious style, recognised for rich texture, polished presentation and a house character built around layered cask maturation. Produced at the distillery on the Cromarty Firth and part of the Whyte & Mackay portfolio, it holds a distinctive place in Scotch: opulent rather than austere, with an emphasis on depth, sweetness and refinement.

That character is shaped by a robust, fruity new make spirit and a longstanding use of sherry casks alongside ex-bourbon wood and other carefully selected finishes. The Dalmore 12 Year Old remains one of the clearest introductions to the house style.
