Domaine Le Reviseur Cognac

Much of the brandy from the Cognac region is blended - that is to say it is a combination of cognacs from a number of different distilleries. Just as scotch has single malt whisky, so cognac has “single estate” cognac. Domaine Le Reviseur is a good example of this category of brandy. Operated by Elodie and Francis Abecassis the distillery produces some fine cognacs.
