Forgeron is a family-run Cognac house based in Segonzac in Grande Champagne, where the family's presence stretches back more than a century. The modern maison was built by Michel Forgeron, who began developing the business in 1965 and established the Michel Forgeron name as a producer recognised for estate-grown Cognac and Pineau des Charentes.
Over time, the property grew from a very small vineyard holding into a much larger estate, while maintaining a distinctly independent, grower-producer identity.
