Old Pulteney is one of the most distinctive names in Highland single malt, produced in the coastal town of Wick and long associated with a style shaped by the sea. Often described as "The Maritime Malt", it's recognised for whiskies that combine fresh fruit, honeyed sweetness and soft oak with a subtle saline edge that distinguishes the distillery from many inland malts.
That coastal character remains at the heart of the range. The 12 Year Old is still the clearest introduction to the house style, while expressions such as Huddart, 15 Year Old, 18 Year Old and 25 Year Old reveal broader and more mature sides of the distillery's whisky, from gently smoky and cask-led to deeper, richer and more refined.
